Marketing Manager (Malaysia) - Pharmaceuticals
Job Summary: The Marketing Manager (Based in Kuala Lumpur) – Pharmaceuticals will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, messages, and tactics that are derived from key customer insights, so as to achieve the company’s goal of attaining dominant market position in segment we choose to serve.
Job Description: Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the Marketing Manager - Pharmaceuticals will perform all or some of the following key tasks: Analyze the market and develop strategic & tactical marketing plan in alignment with market reality and organizational objectives. Responsible for achieving sales & expenditure budget. Develop strong relationship with KOLs, especially in the ability to get product into National Formulary Listing. Provide leadership to product manager. Ensure effective team work with sales & regulatory to achieve organizational goals.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill At least 7-10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. 3-5 years experience in product management/ marketing domain with a demonstrated record of success. Experience working with ENT/ Peadiatricians and O&G preferred. Awareness with private and public payer customers (e.g. Government, private Hospitals/Clinics in the clinic sector and Tender Business) Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and foster an environment around teamwork and collaboration Track record of organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management Field sales experience or equivalent skills Solid business acumen and project management Critical thinking and problem solving Strong results orientation and work ethic
Minimum Education Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Remuneration Will be based on experience and qualification and with transport allowances. |
